How to build a flat: start with a foundation...we used 100% whole grain bread topped with hummus, then pile it high with all the plants! We used: spinach, a sweet potato black bean burger and tomatoes. Then add some sparks: We love: avocado, garlic dill kraut and ketchup. You're going to need a fork for this one! #sevendayrescue
