These were the only two expressions I could capture to describe today’s workout... literally at a loss for words 😅🤦🏼‍♀️ that extra snackage and shit food on vacation on top of skipping two workout days in a row realllllly caught up to me, like holy shit 🙈 but I’m so happy to be back home and getting back to the grind! Feeling way more fluffy than I’d like to be at this point and my body is seriously craving routine! I’m taking today to get organized, get my schedule planned out for the week, go grocery shopping, meal prep, knock out some coach work, and just get shit together! I can’t wait to get back in the groove of things and kick some serious ass with these last 11 days of my current program! Who’s #sundaymealprepping ?!? Y’all ...I use to NEVER meal prep! I didn’t want to spend “hours” in the kitchen. I didn’t even know what to make. And Lord knows I am NOT a very good cook 👩🏻‍🍳🤷🏻‍♀️ So, I just didn’t. But then I would skip breakfast or grab Chick-fil-A because I was “too busy” in the morning and didn’t have time to make anything. Then lunch would roll around and I would forget to bring lunch or look in the fridge only to close it and either grab something quick or head to get fast food! And let’s not even talk about dinner 😳

And I wondered why I wasn’t losing weight 🙄 or “gosh, why do my jeans not fit anymore”...ummm...girl, when was the last time you ate a balanced meal 🤦🏻‍♀️ That all changed over the past year...I learned that I CAN meal prep...I can make easy and yummy food that my whole family will eat 🙌🏼 and I don’t have to spend HOURS in the kitchen to do so. But by doing this, I am #setyourselfupforsuccess . I have healthy meals on hand. And well...I’m saving money doing this too!! 👊🏼 You don’t have to be a chef to meal prep. In my challenge groups we provide meal plans for every week...you can use those, create your own, pick and choose, find what works and rock it out. How cool?

This is why I love meal prepping and writing out a menu for our week on Sunday afternoons. It allows me to focus on TODAY, then all I have to do is look at the menu, pull out the food I need and whip up dinner!
