If we could all just focus on what we need to do TODAY and not plan our whole week or month out, just image how much stress that would relieve!! "So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Matthew 6:34
This is why I love meal prepping and writing out a menu for our week on Sunday afternoons. It allows me to focus on TODAY, then all I have to do is look at the menu, pull out the food I need and whip up dinner!
