For sure I’m not one of those people who just enjoyed food and liked to eat. I wish! I always wondered what that might have felt like.
Actually just the opposite. Grew up around people who definitely had unhealthy relationships with food, and somewhere in that mix, I got affected too.
I’ve always been grateful to this very visual, structured yet simple way of understanding balance in food. Been great with it for 3+ years.
It basically cured my disorder.
And its freeing.
But I’ve also had the opportunity to get to the crux of the emotional side of eating, to grasp WHY these tools work for me. And other women & men, LIKE me.
But I’m a coach.
And you could argue more was at my disposal.
So what if I opened this up to anyone?
Well I’m here to ask you to explore a new philosophy of learning to eat in balance, kind of like a ‘let’s-set-down-our-tools-and-find-out-where-our-mind-can-reach-on-our-Fork-to-heart-link...’ And then we can pick up our tools and keep going STRONGER, BETTER.
