Capítulo Gratitude 🙏🏻 - This is one of my first texts written entirely in English, so forgive my mistakes. 😳
When we focus on things that have negatively affected us, pain, loss situations that go beyond our expectations or random complaints, we can still mention when we do not forgive ourselves for many things that happen, such as carrying weights, overcharging, broken relationships, family disputes, financial and career problems, we tend to become more repentant.
Perhaps with a little help, wisdom, calm and focus, all of this will generate great learning. But the fact is that it also generates in us a feeling of sadness, lack, emptiness and loss.
In contrast, when we focus on gratitude for good things (small or big, wherever) and even not-so-good things, or are thankful for what happened, a greater sense of happiness tends to fill our hearts and minds, creating a greater motivation in our lives.
And you see, I'm not encouraging you to cultivate a false sense of happiness, I just want to tell you that the evidence grows that telling our blessings and celebrating every step we take can and is one of the best habits we've developed to promote and strengthen our mental and physical health.
By the way, this simple song by Renato Russo is a great way to inspire us! So let's get started: Respect yourself, consider yourself, love yourself, because you are the protagonist, screenwriter and director of your own story! ⭐️
“Nunca deixe que lhe digam que não vale a pena acreditar no sonho que se tem. Ou que seus planos nunca vão dar certo, ou que você nunca vai ser alguém...” ❤️ .
