Happy Monday!! Before I started coaching I always thought Monday's were the WORST... Just like the rest of the world 😂 but now I see Monday as a fresh start to the week ahead!
This mornings I put on my audiobook while I was cleaning the kitchen so I could start my week off with a positive mindset. He talked about motivation in this chapter and how so many people lose their motivation and can't seem to find it again but the reality is that they just don't have a clear vision on what their goal is and therefore lose their motivation to work toward that goal. And guess what? The harder you work for a goal the more motivated you will become! You start to see the results of your hard work and that in itself motivates you! But you have to keep your goal in mind and constantly revamp it in order to stay motivated. You won't just be motivated one day to lose weight and therefore lose 20 lbs. you have to work on it every day, you have to continuously check in on your goals and see where you're at and maybe even adjust your goals as you start making progress!
Motivation isn't just for the lucky few, it's for everyone who has a clear vision for a goal 🙌🏻 don't be afraid to be one of those people! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
