Sorry if this turns into a rant. I was so excited to receive this palette, and was amazed this ended up @Sephora's weekly wow deals. However the shipping took forever despite the fact I had flash 2-day shipping due to my vib rouge status. I had placed my order last Thursday afternoon, and it just arrived. I even signed up for mobile updates and got nothing. My previous package arrived delayed as well.
I know how it can come off - just a brat that is whining about how late her makeup is coming in. No, that's not the case - delivery here can sometimes be sketchy (since the delivery services have changed personnel), and I have lost packages before, so for it to be this delay is kinda nerve-wracking, since I really don't want to deal the refund process etc. I couldn't even get in touch with Sephora through phone.
I decided to send in an email and hope people who experienced the same thing will do the same. I feel terrible for anyone who paid for the service. Definitely speak out if you do.
I don't like negative posts, and I certainly do not expect perfection every time, but I do believe issues should be addressed when necessary, especially when they are repeated.
