It's already almost noon here in Germany but I just woke up.
I've been sleeping for 11+h. 😴
Usually my body is totally okay with 7-8h, in summer it tends to even need less. But at the moment I kinda need at least 10h of sleep. Guess that's another side effect fall brings along. 😕
Guess I'll have to say it again: I want summer to come back! 🙏🏼🙏🏼
I think I'll try to get back to eating a healthier diet and doing more sports maybe that'll help with feeling more energized again with a little less sleep because as soon as Uni starts again I will just not be able to sleep for 10+ hours anymore. 🙈
Therefor I'll go for a quick run later and fuel my body with lots of great fruit and veggies and a little less chocolate today. But I'm definitely not gonna ditch all the chocolate cause every healthy diet needs chocolate as well, am I right? 😄
