America! The Stuffed Bell Peppers from #ComeAndGetIt are SO GREAT!!! You can EASILY make them super clean by leaving out the cheese and swapping out the rice for riced broccoli (pictured 🙌🏻).
Full disclosure: I added a jalapeño, 2 extra cloves of garlic and a HEARTY amount of seasoning: salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder and Montreal Steak. I seasoned the filling at each step, this dish needs it but the payoff is GREAT!! The prep time was lengthy, due to all the chopping, but the baking time let me completely clean my kitchen, so it worked out!
