November, 2017 was the last time (or thereabouts) that I was able to workout. I've been struggling with a shoulder injury from a job I had and I've been in the healing process. Today I decided to give a workout a try to see if my shoulder could handle it. At times it was difficult, moreso mentally than physically because I want to do all the exercises perfectly, or at least aa close to perfect as possible. I have to accept I won't be able to do that for now and just do the best I can.
I have no idea how all this is going to turn out, but I'm committing to do the best I can with what I have. To put it in words straight from my heart - I can't stand how I feel when I don't exercise and take care of my body (can anyone relate??) So I'm going to keep going, even if I have to workout using only one arm and getting on the treadmill to make up the difference 😚
