It's the Day 8 of #PropAndProud and today we will do some #strengthtraining on the wall. This #handstandexercises I do every day in my warm up, before I start to balance. I prefer to do the handstands belly to wall to always engage the #core and keep a good alignment, for better sliding try some warm socks 😉👌

Day 19 of #Yoga4x7 is #SvargaDvijasana or #BirdOfParadise. I really like BOP, but with sore legs after leg day, it’s not the easiest pose around 😉. I excepted the flexibility part to be the problem, but it was more the lacking strength for balancing 😅. It seems to be me like my “good” and “bad” side don’t look that different anymore 🤔, but on the easier one, entering and holding was no problem at all, while on the weaker one (slide 1) I wobbled quite a bit. Also this was the last pose that I can do this week (guaranteed!) and probably also the whole rest of the month 🤣. .

The Dark moon of Samhain. It’s time to pull up some slimy roots. The fierce energy of Scorpio doesn’t let us glaze over the truth. In each of us, there is both light and dark. The #transformation of this #darkmoon occurs in the ugly underbelly of our psyche and soul. We must roll around in the muck. Scorpio LOVES the muck. Let the cosmos support you.

A monk went out on a small boat in a river, as far out as he could get to be alone in the serenity. He began his meditation, and for a few moments he had peace and quiet, until another boat drifted along and rocked his boat, disturbing his meditation. The monk became furious at the person for not controlling their boat and crashing it, but when he looked closer, he saw that the boat was empty. Thus, his anger was not rooted in anyone else's actions. The roots of his anger were planted within himself.
