This was my first picture taken on my new camera (of course I had to take it of Mishka). A bunch of people were asking when they were going to see photos, and the truth is I was scared, intimidated. I would say "this is the day I figure out all the settings or do a little photoshoot", and then I'd find every excuse not to, there's this chore to do, I really should read this book first, oh heres a youtube video that might help. It all sounds like it's being productive, right? Wrong! I like to call it high functioning procrastination. It's the act of doing little things that "seem" productive but not doing the big thing that's actually going to have the impact.
Trust me, I'm a master at this. It's not just taking a photo, it was buying the camera. It's doing the important stuff at work that's harder because I can't just code but have to talk to people. It's the tasks that require putting myself out there, that I might fail at, that I find every reason not do.
Do you have something you've been putting off? I'm totally willing to be anyone's accountability partner and keep them on track 😋
