This picture is appropriate because it shows me trying to balance two worlds. I know I’ve shared how I’ve struggled with weight gain and part of that is due to poor food choices that are easy but full of calories. Part one) I meal prepped two lunches last night this is variation of @fitfoodiefinds cilantro lime chicken with black beans and then I use @seedsofchange_us rice to mix in. Lunches last semester were mainly at the cafeteria and calorie filled because I was too tired to think ahead. Not this semester. I am trying so, so hard to commit to planning ahead and bringing my lunch to save $ and calories.
Part two) this textbook, representing that school has started. I also am trying so hard to set boundaries with my career so that I never feel as overwhelmed and tired as I did last semester.
