What is it and who is it for?
Distilled non-alcoholic spirit that is made like a gin with botanicals but is definitely not a gin. This product helps in solving the dilemma of ‘what to drink when you’re not drinking’. Its non-alcoholic so what’s the point I hear you ask. Well, the point is to add a depth of flavour (which something like Gin, with its many botanicals, does) to mixers like tonic.
I think this succeeds in creating a more complex, and non-alcoholic drink especially when incorporated in to cocktails. The makers state ‘A world of possibility working with Mixers, Teas, Brines,
Salts & Shrubs to create Dry, Sour, Bitter & Savoury drinks.’ The product comes in 3 flavour combinations
1. Garden 108🌱 - Peas, Hay, Spearmint, Rosemary, Thyme
2. Spice 94🌶️ - All Spice, Cardamom, Oak, Lemon, Grapefruit, Cascarilla
3. Grove🍊 - Bitter Orange, Mandarin, Blood Orange, Ginger, Lemongrass, Lemon
No artificial colours or flavours
Contains no alcohol
Acquired taste – it does grow on you
