What are your goals?
I've reached some of mine because I've increased my self confidence...BUT I feel like lacking it earlier in life has made me who I am now... Overcoming something just makes you stronger, right?
I've overcome pride, excuses and bad habits.... I've had to humble myself, push out of my comfort zone but through all these things, I've come to realize that I'm far more capable of reaching my goals than I originally thought!
So, increased self confidence has helped me to reach my goals... when you're confident in who you are, you have the drive and commitment to push forward!
I've been able to increase my stamina by doing cardio atleast twice a week 😬 workout atleast 5 days a week, and to eat healthy 90 percent of the time! (I'm not perfect🙀) BUT as with anything else, I've still got more goals to achieve!!!! What are your goals? I'd like to know!!! Comment below👇🏼
