SHRIMPS IN BUTTER CAYENNE SAUCE served with SPICY CHICKEN PORK ADOBO FLAKES RICE - made the adobo by boiling pork and chicken cubes in soy, vinegar, water, bay leaf, freshly ground black pepper, salt and green finger Long chilies til the meats are tender and liquid has reduced. Set aside til cool. In a wok, I sautéed lots of chopped garlic. Added the adobo, minus the sauce. Sautéed and stirred the adobo til the chicken and pork started to fall apart. Added the adobo sauce and chopped bird's eye chillies. After mixing everything up and taking out the chicken bones, I added cooked, room temp, jasmine rice. Mixed everything once more and seasoned to taste.
Shrimps were more rustic than what I would normally prepare. Trimmed the shrimps but didn't devein them (don't judge 😜). Heated up a wok and melted butter in it. Tossed the shrimps, seasoned it with garlic salt and cayenne. Cook covered, allowing the shrimps to steam. Served as is, sauce and everything 🤗
