Maybe it’s a no brainer for some, but if not, a little hack to help you get your daily fruits and veggies in!
CUT THEM UP IN BULK! I don’t know about you, but cutting up fruits/veggies is just not a desirable task when I’m hungry! But, if you already have them ready, it’s as easy as grab and go without being tempted to reach for something that is prepackaged (I.e. less nutritious!)
Moms, it’s great for kids too when they get hangry 😜... you know that happens!
