Pretty Livvy loooooves the bed now! After like 7 months of choosing to only sleep on hard floors, she has discovered the bed and made it her own! 😁 She's been making biscuits on the bed too, we've never seen her knead before EVER so this is all just so awesome! 😄💕 .
I was feelin it yesterday after my class • I’m not a dancer. Don’t claim to be. But I enjoy moving this way when I’m happy and full of positivity. It’s like static builds up in my body and I’ve got to release it somehow. I had three students yesterday when I had none two weeks ago. #practicemakesprogress and hardwork pays off • music: Lemniscate - Cryworlf
Since my last post only let me have the one video, here are some stills from Day 1 of the #aerialyogagoddess challenge. Didn’t quite succeed in getting the entire #unicorn flips and tricks sequence into a video or pictures...the wall made it kind of awkward, but I had fun trying anyway. #aerialmagic

This week the kids have chosen to have a blue week where we all wear shades of blue and the class will be themed under the sea. I spy with my little eye some seals doing dancers pose. What yoga poses do you see?
I’m very late with finishing the #strengthforinversions challenge as my daughter has been ill (perforated eardrum) and both energy and time for yoga have been non existent! So day 7 was Sphinx to seal and high dolphin plank. I like this sequence. I also tried the harder version with upwarddog to downward dog. Definitely harder than it looks!
