Here's the work out…400 (yes 400) jumping jacks, 20 lateral lunges per side, 20 reverse lunges per side, 20 mountain climbers per side, 20 bridges, one minute running in place as fast as possible. That's the warm-up. Next is strength. Do 10 super slow, four count push-ups then 10, super slow. Four count squats or single leg squats. Then repeat except this time do eight, and six, and four, then too. Next comes the intensity. Do as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of the following: five Burpee's, 10 mountain climbers per side, 15 bodyweight squats. Optional finisher: sit down and stand up as fast as possible 50 times.
