I've read more than a few articles lately about how necessary and healthy time alone is, especially time away from screens. The mind needs to wander and process, which I always thought made me a weird extrovert, that I need time to do nothing and think. These articles by psychologists and therapists have pointed me to the practice of solitude and its value. So today I walked to get lunch, last night I stopped at an old reliable spot for a stroll. My mind needs to wander and try to make sense out of things.
