You have the tools, you’re just distracted!! 🔆
All started with the first pic, I’m what I call self taught yOMgini, I love exercising before getting into any yoga pose, I normally get tired easily and I am everyday less into routines...I enjoy exploring, testing myself and see if I can get any further: running, stretching or challenging asanas for example!
Today I tried something I never thought I could do (dhanurasana) and I regret not recording it or having my lovely sissy @sweetmissof to do it for me (as the video👉🏾) I little by little improve, so can you!!! Don’t be impatient (well just a bit), get things done and what’s more, use technology to tell you about how good you’re getting at what you’re doing!!!
Ok, explanation about the post:
1st pic: about nearly a year ago, I used an elastic as a tool to help me feel more comfortable and somehow secure😂😂 (it was useless but I used it anyway)
2nd pic: when I finally got rid of that tool and figured out how to get into the pose by myself, without any help, just breathing a lot and taking time and failure as normal but not definite!!
3rd: video doing a varied pose of the same one, seemed easier when I saw it on Instagram (l will upload the name as soon as I find the influencer again🤦🏾♀️), something like “yogapilot”, can’t remember (any clue?)
Happy Sunday y’all 💋
