Scoliosis is the curvature of the spine relative to its axis. In severe cases, there is a deformation of the chest and pelvis, as well as the violations of the heart, lungs and pelvic organs.

The curvature is formed in childhood and adolescence. The group of these diseases includes kyphosis, lordosis and posture disorders. The treatment of scoliosis can be conservative and operative. Also, scoliosis is divided into degrees of severity from 1 to 4, where the 4th degree is the heaviest.

The earlier begins the rehabilitation of scoliosis, the higher are the chances for a healthy active life!

April is a HUUUUUUUUGE month for me.
Mentally, Physically, Emotionally and Spiritually.

If I'da known then... what I know now. 2yrs later, I can honestly say that I am not 100% better. Some days are a big struggle for me. I miss some of the things I used to have in my life, but I know Today.. I am stronger than I was Yesterday. And even stronger than I was 2yrs ago.. eventually I will be stronger than I am Today. But-- we'll cross that bridge when we get there.

To those that hurt me, that encouraged me, that healed me, helped me, validated me, degraded me, threatened me, stole from me, stopped talking to me, wiped my ass, stood up for me, filled me with empowerment, prayed for me, brought food to me, visited me, abused me.
You might or might not still be around... I want every last one of you to know, that YOU have made me who I am Today.

So when you get angry at my ways and honesty.. take a moment to remember how being friendly and vulnerable almost ruined my life and recovery.
Your feelings will heal.. but my scar will never fade past what it is now. 👌💋💚

Привет, дорогие!
Обещала. Выполняю. И буду стараться чаще.

Упражнения, которые я выполняла при подготовке к операции.
Старые видео я удалила, поэтому записываю уже сейчас, после оп, то, что можно выполнять как до, так и после. Именно эти связки я делала, когда готовилась.
Здесь я записала вам упражнения в основном на спину, немного на попу и на прокачку всего тела в общем, универсальные.
Для занятий дома, так или иначе, необходим инвентарь. Поначалу возможно заниматься с собственным весом, но через месяц-два вы привыкнете и нужно будет знатно изощряться. Проблема лишь в сколиозе. Потому что тренировки на все тело можно выполнять без доп инвентаря и хорошо прокачаться, укрепить мышцы. Но при сильных степенях искривления-это достаточно трудно и больно. Особенно потому что осевые нагрузки запрещены, да и технически выполнить верно упражнение не возможно. Масса упражнений дома - как раз с связана с вертикальной нагрузкой.
Поэтому я купила себе большой гимнастический мяч, или проще, фитбол и начала заниматься с ним и с разными эспандерами.
До оп у меня был самый большой мяч, сейчас я купила средний.
Также со временем пригодятся утяжелители, эспандер-лента, возможно, гантели или бутылки с водой.
Также скажу, что мой сколиоз был хорошо скомпенсирован. (Одна дуга компенсировала другую). Если же у вас сильный С-образный сколиоз, то скорее всего, лечащий врач предложит вам заниматься гимнастикой Шрот с асимметричными упражнениями. Поэтому, обязательно проконсультируйтесь со специалистом. Если же вы готовитесь к операции, то я бы сильно не заморачивалась с асимметрией и делала обычные упражнения.
Не забывайте, что начать нужно с разминки, суставной гимнастики. Есть видео ниже в ленте. А после тренировки сделать растяжку, чтобы не было контрактур и мышцы не так сильно болели от нагрузок и быстрее восстанавливались.
Выполняя упражнения помните, что эффект будет достигнут если вы будете в момент упражнения в полном присутствии, отслеживая ваши движения и осознавая какие мышцы вы задействуете. Это важно. Не просто махать руками и ногами, а напрягать при выполнении целевую мышцу.
На начальных этапах не переусердствуйте, чтобы войти в ритм.

The human body is so incredible. I used to hate having muscles because i thought they were manly looking. I now know that lean muscle mass is good. This is me about 8 months post op and i never imagined gaining so much strength back this quick. The other pic is two weeks post op and i had no muscle. I enjoyed the feeling for a little bit but then i started to feels loose and wanted to start toning up again. I am happy to say that i am proud of how i look ❤️ never take your strength for granted. •
