This transformation Tuesday takes us back to 2015.
6 days after I finished my 3rd half marathon. I can vividly remeber looking at this picture and feeling like I didn't recognize the person looking back at me.
No, these two photos aren't that drastically different, but the way I feel certainly is! I was unhappy in my own skin, lacking confidence, and frankly I was working my ass off trying to feel better about myself with running but it wasn't working.
So since what I was doing on my own wasn't working, I decided to set ego aside and ask for some help from someone who simply posted a picture similar to this explaining the journey she had been on. I will forever be thankful to her for the encouragement and help and thankful to myself for being willing to take a chance on something outside my comfort zone.
I gave it my all for 21 days. I followed the nutrition plan, did the workouts, and drank the Shakeology. That's it... I followed the plan exactly as designed and guess what? It freaking worked. I lost 11 pounds but gained so much more and I never looked back.
