Making connections with others can often bring its own set of challenges to the table. You may find others trying to one up or create unnecessary problems that don't need to be there for their own benefit. You will need to be cunning to wind up on top. You must also be motivated and actually going out of your way to do what needs to get done. Part of being a strong leader is practising self-love and self-care whilst accepting your flaws rather than seeing them as your weakness. It's fearlessly being yourself without censoring yourself to make others feel comfortable with your presence. Don't do that. Compromises are fine for the sake of working as a collaboration as long as each person is being heard and allowed to say their piece. This is also a reminder to take your time and not rush things. Half-assed work always looks pathetic and sloppy. A fast pace is fine but not when your quality of work suffers as a result. Pay attention to the synchronicities, messages and intuitive hits your higher self/deity(gods and goddesses)/source, spirit guides, and your gut instinct are giving you and follow the direction you're being guided to go on. If you need extra help after putting in the work then call on their help or use the tools you have to help manifest it into being. Such as spellcraft.
