This exercise has my abs SO sore today!! .
Start in Downward Dog, with your heels close to the wall you are going to use. Step one foot up on the wall, then walk the hands in closer to your supporting foot. .
Once you feel steady, try brining your supporting leg up to the wall as well. .
From there, pull your abs in thought, and begin to step your hands closer to the wall, so your feet slide up. .
Start slow, and keep your gaze between your hands. .
Now, start walking back out, your feet coming down the wall, all the way into a plank with your feet on the wall! Hold and breathe! .
Flow it out in any way that feels good to you!! 🙏
Repeat 3 times, being sure to rest in between.
