Start them young and get them to enjoy the benefits of a LESS-TOXIC system. Start by reducing instead of eliminating completely. .
Salt (12mnth+) is good but when taken in excess is a problem. Portion control is key, to enhance taste add herbs instead of more salt. Table salt, hmm! topic for another day. MSG stock cubes, hmm! make I just waka pass.
Butter is not bad but a healthy swap using avocados is a better choice. .
Plant based milks are richer than diary. Even cancer patients are advised to stop dairy.

As I mentioned before, I wasn't born into this lifestyle but health issues got me thinking about raising my kids in the best possible way. .
