Last 2 days’ highlights:
Bench: 232lb, 5 reps @8.0-8.5
Squat: 320lb, 5 reps @8.5(holy last rep knee cave 💀)
Sumo deads: 352lb for a single @unknown
- Recovery rate on bench has been abysmal, mainly bc my delts are perpetually fried. Need to tone down intensity.
- Squats have been treating me better than Drake treats his exes.
- Reintroducing sumo deads (14 weeks out!!!). Looks like my butt wink issue is still apparent: I attribute this to weak glutes/core and not-tight back, though I lbeen saying this for literally months
