Bilaro Sour, Variation #2a. Went heavier on Bilaro (it’s a Bilaro Sour, after all!), subbed in rye for bourbon and eliminated the St Germain, and boom! everything pops! Having a lot of fun with this exercise, and kinda love this cocktail.
Bilaro Sour Variation #2a
1.5 oz Amaro Bilaro .5 oz Sazerac Rye
.75 oz lemon juice
.75 oz Demerara syrup
1 egg white
Dry shake, add ice, shake again. Strain into coupe glass, garnish with Angostura bitters.
