Clean eating is easy, yummy and nutritious. I promise! I had some ripe bananas that were about to go bad, so I whizzed them and added rolled oats and pumpkin seeds. Mixed for 10 seconds more, and shaped them (free hand), before baking at 180 degress celcius for 20 mins in a preheated oven. After cooling the biscuits, I stored them in an air tight container and put this in the fridge. Had one - soft but not soggy. Tasty. You can add raisins or other mixes you prefer.
