This is super simplified, but it's not the first time I've heard that Anxiety can be a symptom of grief. And who's to say that your grief has to be about the loss of someone or something. Maybe it is grief over your life not going the way you imagined? It's a symptom of something not being right and you need to manage or address the cause of your stress.
So how do we move through it? Try a burst of exercise, 478 breathing, dance or sing to a song that energizes you, sit with your feelings amd notice without judgement, create a negative journal and destroy your notes and then write down what your grateful for. Get outside! You can shift your mindset❤
