Definitely not because it's my most flattering angle. 🤷🏻♀️ I just want you guys to understand what kind of workout you can get in at HOME! 💪🏻 This is more than the average joe can get out of a gym membership alone (for less money than the gym membership alone!) 🤯
This is the type of workout you get by buying a gym membership AND paying 100$ up/hour (correct me if I’m wrong, this is the price I remember from school 4 years ago and it was a pricier gym) to have a personal trainer guide you during your workouts as well! 👊🏻💪🏻
How can I say this is as good as having a trainer confidently?
Because, every workout is crafted specifically by a trainer to help you reach your goals!

And they are HARD! This was after 40 minutes of already pushing myself, including another 1.75 minutes of these bad boys before getting here! But man, did I feel like a machine! 💪🏻 Still think you can’t workout from home and get in an intense workout? 🤷🏻♀️
