@nickkaralekas hit 495 for the first time a few weeks ago. He's repping 500 now. He's going to do his first meet in a few months and I would like to see 450/385/550. He also needs to get himself a real belt.
Troy 270-219. 51lbs lost and goal reached. Flippin awesome! Age, job, current lifestyle, etc don't matter. If you want to make a change, it's possible no matter who you are or what circumstances surround you.
@paigerichardsxo did her first show this past weekend. It was a huge personal victory for her after losing the better part of 100lbs. I only got to work with her for the last 6 weeks of her prep. She reached out to me in panic mode to see if I could take her on and help her finish out the prep. We made a lot of progress in those 6 weeks. Next show I'll have her for the whole prep and she will get on stage at 100%, guaranteed. Congrats paige!
I'm really happy with this progress update. It took some time for Nick @thiiielman__here to hit his stride but we didn't give up. These last few weeks have been perfect and he's making phenomenal week over week progress. We aren't done yet and we have made it this far because he refused to give up. Keep working to improve and implement what's needed to reach your goal, no matter what.
@coachleible down 42lbs so far and pushing for a little more. We have known eachother since highschool and he was part of the garage lifting crew at my house. Pretty cool to be coaching him 10+ years later. Great work brother!
Nick with a 520x1 for a PR. He was in desperate need of a deload and His lower back was spasmed so we are really happy with this. The end of the next mini cycle will have him hitting a clean 25lb all time PR. All his doubles and triples are PR'd. Just going to put it all together now.
