B2W2D3 Tempo squats RPE 7/250. Dropped the weight down this time to really focus on perfect form and control. Felt really nice. Overall it’s been a crappy couple weeks of lifting. I feel off balance in general, my workout have been spotty, I’ve been neglecting chores at home, and my diet has been mediocre. But life happens. Just keep grinding. It’s a marathon, not a sprint.
