DO CHEAT MEALS HELP?
For me, weekends are days when I spend a lot of time with my family doing activities together - watching a movie, playing outdoors, maybe a short overnight trip to nearby local places - however more than anything else I mainly look forward to my "BIG CHEAT MEAL" 🎫🍰🍩🍮🍦🍧🍔 of the week. You may know by now that I love food specially chocolates and icecreams and I need my weekly dose of these to keep my carb cravings under control 😄😄
Infact it actually helps me remain disciplined and committed to my diet plan throughout the week.
Remember, consistency over a long period is the key to attaining your desired levels of fitness.
Just as one day of soups and salads is not going to help you, similarly one cheat meal a week is not going to derail your plans.
