East Coast Lagoon 顺发沙嗲米粉, is one of the stall the Hawker Couple visited (They have another outlet at ABC Food Centre)
The vermicelli was cooked till al dente and springy, the different between this satay gravy compared to the stall from ABC Market, is this satay sauce seem pretty thin, not that thick but yet aromatic and tasty.
There is a varieties of ingredients added to enchance the taste, fresh 'sea hum', healthy green kangkong, slim sliced tau pok, with nicely sliced lean pork meat, and chewy rubbery cuttlefish.👍
One of the best, overall taste was a bursting flavour and it will just makes you wanna have a second plate. Recommended 👍
