I captured this furry friend a few years ago, collecting up feathers I assume for bedding. One thing I've learned to do, because of my mental health, is to do things my way - (with in reason of course). If I get a sudden burst of motivation, I absolutely clean my kitchen at 12am. If I want to see a movie or have lunch and no ones available or I just feel like going solo, I do it. If things are hard and the best way to get calories in me is to eat peanut butter from the jar, with a side of some random candy found laying around - by god I eat it. If staying sane means a 4 hour bath watching fiddler on the roof via computer propped up on the toilet - doing it. Allowing laundry to pile up so ridiculously you start buying new clothes just to have more to wear- been there. As a wise man once said on the Simpsons; "There's no trick to it, it's just a simple trick". Do what you need to do, and know you are doing your best.
