Why stay fit during this time of year when you can SKIP YOUR REGULAR WORKOUTS?! Now that your schedule will get crazy with parties, work events, holiday events, etc., there’s really no time to get your sweat on, is there?
Why make fitness a priority in your life by getting up earlier if you have to or taking a short 30 minutes out of your day for one of FRF’s super efficient and effective workouts?
Instead skip them and consume more. Before you know it you’ll of packed on the average 5-7 pounds of blubber and as a bonus, you’ll be weaker, making the workouts tougher in the new year.
