Dolma for all in the park in #Sarajevo. Made by Iranian chief who came here with his 14-year-old son Mohammed. He is super talented football player. Two of them are traveling to the country where Mohammed can play football. They know about #miralempjanic #edindzeko and about Bosnian national team. Unfortunately, hardly anybody gets asylum in Bosnia. They live in a house run by volunteers. The only asylum center in the country -120 capacity - is full. There are no camps. Just locals and international volonteers. Over 200 people came today to the park where food is distributed every day by volunteers. For some the only meal that day. Many are homeless. Over 1000 people came to #bosnia since new year. #refugeeswelcome #refugees #migrations #noborder #areyousyrious #sarajevolife

Sometimes up to 20 people sleeps here. It is squat in the center of Sarajevo, hotel that was destroyed during the war. There is mosque nearby but people are not allowed to sleep inside. Even more, head of the Islamic Community of #Bosnia is there and must be he can see people, but he do not care, looks like. Yesturday volunteers and #pomozi.ba, local charity, give food to about 200 people living in the streets of Sarajevo. More people are coming every day. #sarajevolife #refugeeswelcome #refugees #migrations #areyousyrious #squot #opentheborders #solidarity

#balkanroute #refugeeswelcome #refugees #migrations #peopleonthemove #areyousyrious #opentheborders #sarajevolife Number of people who are ariving from Serbia and Montenegro increses every day in Bosnia. Officially, since January, over 1.500 came to Bosnia. There is hardly any support for them here. No accomodation, problems with acess to asylum, no medical help... But local people, small group of international volunteers, and local charity #pomozi.ba are there to help. In Sarajevo, volunteers are bringing food once a day for between 100 and 200 people who have no place to stay. Among them are minors, sick people, people with serious injuries after long walk, or those who are coming beaten up by the police in Croatia. #solidarity is back. But for how long?

#nowruzmubarak #spring #newyear #refugeeswelcome #refugees #migrations #peopleonthemove #ays #areyousyrious #sarajevolife Since November 2017, more people who are on the move started coming to Bosnia. They come from Serbia, some from Bulgaria via Serbia, others from Greece via Albania and Montenegro. They came over mountains, through snowe sometimes over 1m deep. Familes, children, single men, elderly... self organised goups of locals, with the help of international volunteers, are helping them. Tonight in one of the houses where families of different background are living together, we celebrated Nowruz, Persian New Year and the beginning of spring. #solidarity
