Big volume squat day today. Last week was a heavy week working up to 500lb so for squats today i took the weight way down to focus on speed and explosiveness, as well as good solid form with the SSB bar. Still recovering from the back injury so i dont want to rush things

Ever since my homie @justinti1 (the squat king) turned me to SSB, ive seen massive squat improvements. If youre struggling to increase your squat, or if your shoulders / back bother you... switch to these for a bit and the carry over to your back squat is tremendous.
