Todayโ€™s unilateral workout is all about mobility, balance and range of motion. Itโ€™s not going to jack your heart rate, but it will open up joints, challenge your balance and strengthen your core. Itโ€™s perfect for a day when you want to do something, but donโ€™t have the mindset or energy to get crazy. Grab a light kettle bell (5-15 pounds) and get to work! Here it is: .

Today's #WOD is similar to the one I posted yesterday, but instead of one kettlebell, you'll use two (one in each hand). Doubles have a nice way of ramping up the cardiovascular system real quick! Same movements in this order:
๐Ÿ”บ5 deadlifts ๐Ÿ”บ5 hang cleans ๐Ÿ”บ6 lunges to overhead press (alternating legs)
๐Ÿ”บ5 swings ๐Ÿ”บ5 snatches
Rest and repeat for 3-5 rounds .

5 Kettlebell moves, 1 great workout! Using one Kettlebell at a time is a unilateral workout, which great for balancing dominant v. weak muscles. You can use one kettlebell to work one side at a time, or if you have two of the same size, doubles! Do 5 reps of each move for 3-5 sets. .
