BCom Degree in Business Management
Minimum 10 years’ experience with a proven track record of managing an effective multi-disciplinary (marketing, billing, legal, CRM) operational team (preference to be given to operational experience within the financial services industry)
Candidate must have the following competencies:
- Be very process and detail oriented
- Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience managing a multi-disciplinary operational team, preferably within a financial services industry. If the candidate does not come from a financial services environment, but comes from an environment that is process intensive, detailed with analysis of trends & facts, we will consider this one too. Manufacturing is not suitable.
Summary of the role:
- The incumbent will be managing an end to end process that deals with after sales activities, which include the following:
o on boarding
o Contracts and their management
o record keeping
o client liaison and query resolution
o after sales administration
o revenue reporting
o Exco dashboard and trend analysis
o internal risk management
o process improvement
o manage and maintain CRM
Both internal and external (approximately 550 external clients with approximately 300 products)
Subordinates are 2 Sales Support Administrators, 1 Market Data Analyst and 1 Learner
