Deadlift Clip from Yesterday 335 x 6, my TA has definitely took a toll after this month off of lifting.
This 335 for 6 felt like a fuckload of weight which is disappointing, but I should have known.
I learn things every year about myself, and more importantly something general for the public to be passed on.
Last year, I felt guilty after Thanksgiving feast, I would do a ton of cardio to try and burn off extra calories I consumed, but, what I realized prior to Thanksgiving this year is that ITS OKAY to feast. The important thing is to be with family, enjoy their presence, and don't be guilty because you go psycho with the food for one day.
All that "weight" you gain is all water weight from having excessive glucose in the muscle from an overload of carbs.
Do yourself a favor, and go lift. Your muscles are BEGGING you for it..... oh, and don't feel guilty bro.
