"I love bodyweight workouts because _____"
I have had to make transitions between bodyweight and freeweights over the years many times. I have also mixed the two together for better results. Im staying in countryside for a couple months.. One thing that I've found challenging all the time is making a transition to a COMPLETE bodyweight program!
There is nothing more challenging than having to fight the force of your weight in every move. there are more muscles involved, you need to be in a good condition and personally I have come to realize that you would need more drive, motivation and personal power to be able to pull this off everyday on your own as suppose to being enrolled at a gym.. there is absolutely more inspiration to be found there! 💯
To everyone struggling on keeping up with their home and bodyweight workouts my advice is to get around people or join workout communities atleast once in awhile.. even if you have to walk in a gym DO IT! You might very well walk out with a fuller tank! 💪 😀
