@Regrann from @samajdani - I do this because I have fallen in love with it over the past few years. It has somehow become an addiction. A lifestyle that would be rewarding in the years to come. I’m sure my 50 year old self will thank me for every sweat and work that I put into it! Not only is the feeling of having a good body rewarding in many ways, the process has also made me stronger mentally, constantly challenging me to create a better version of me, to push through my limits and develop a strong mindset, to be discipline in todays world that is filled with all kinds of noise is a task that only few can master. This kind of lifestyle definitely affects other areas of life resulting in an overall healthier and more productive life. Lets be honest, when you feel your best you can do your best and more importantly you can easily make others feel good too. Isn’t that what were all supposed to do? passing on good vibes on a day to day basis. yes its easy to grab a drink and dance to a couple of songs and feel good. but wouldn’t it be nice if that was your constant state regardless of what life throws at you? cause lets face it, life is tough for many of us out there and everyone has their own problems, imagine being able to maintain a right attitude through the storm. that kind of mental toughness is the reward you get when you go through a struggle, experience pain, and develop the habit of being discipline. As far as I know this is one way to develop that kind of attitude. I don’t just view it as a physical thing but also spiritual and mental. My posts are to inspire myself and some of you who are on this journey as well! Keep pushing, stay focused and remain disciplined.

"I love bodyweight workouts because _____"

I have had to make transitions between bodyweight and freeweights over the years many times. I have also mixed the two together for better results. Im staying in countryside for a couple months.. One thing that I've found challenging all the time is making a transition to a COMPLETE bodyweight program!

There is nothing more challenging than having to fight the force of your weight in every move. there are more muscles involved, you need to be in a good condition and personally I have come to realize that you would need more drive, motivation and personal power to be able to pull this off everyday on your own as suppose to being enrolled at a gym.. there is absolutely more inspiration to be found there! 💯

To everyone struggling on keeping up with their home and bodyweight workouts my advice is to get around people or join workout communities atleast once in awhile.. even if you have to walk in a gym DO IT! You might very well walk out with a fuller tank! 💪 😀

What a fantastic experience! 🙏🙏 Being able to share what I love with as many people as I can has always been a dream of mine. Talking about health and fitness lifestyle with the press from every national channel present was definitely a new experience, One that I enjoyed very much!
