Here’s my top best tips for meditation🙏🏻 •Carve out just 5 minutes of your day, it can be anytime that suits you best, in the morning or evening or to break through the day. • Ensure you switch off your phone and have a space to sit with no distractions to drop into breath. Sit in a comfortable position, if you find it hard to sit, place a folded blanket underneath your sit bones so to tilt the pelvis forwards and straighten the spine or lay down. Let the earth carry your weight. • Close your eyes and start by connecting to your breath and how it feels, the Flow of the energy and drink it down, feel where it gets to. The simple rise and fall in your body as you breathe. • You can meditate on breath alone, ocean breathing, inhale, exhale through the nose hear the sound of the breath its really relaxing, there doesn’t have to be any expectation. You don’t have to have anything special to hand, but often for a planned meditation I just love to raise the vibration with Palo Santo wood, my crystals I work with and some essential oil I rub onto my wrists, use any objects you love! This silver moon was given to me by my dad when I was 10 years old so I use this from time to time to hold space.
