This is the yoga ball “huffing” I’ve been talkin about. We do upper lobes and lower lobes for 5 mins each, twice a day. We use our arms/hands to apply pressure to certain areas of the lungs to direct air there. Just another airway clearance technique ✔️. .
Real talk- this is a workout for the adult. It also usually gives me a headache!! Adam and I both dislike it quite a bit. I wish we didn’t, but we do. However, Penny’s breathing is far more important than our minor inconvenience so we #grindon #cfwarrior #toughkids
