Breakfast with a twist...
There are many different options which make a great breakfast, as it's important to have a change every now and then to stay excited. This breakfast is so easy to make, super delicious and full of protein 💪🏼
•cook your chickpeas or use organic canned ones (rinse them with water before using) and mix them with spices of choice, as black pepper, cumin, coriander, lemon grass and chilly
•panfry the chickpeas with little bit of coconut oil
•cut cucumbers or any other veggies you have on hand •add pickled turnips (it's my favorite, you cause instead olives)
•mix tahini sauce with some nondairy milk and lemon or lime juice, the amount depends on how liquid you want to have it
•tip: cook a bigger amount of chickpeas at once and freeze them in small portions, so they are always handy🌱
