FUEL | WHAT THE HEALTH approved salad from @bouldincreekcafeatx NOW Honestly, I'm no card carrying vegan so no judgement for my devout carnivorous peeps. Do you boo! Personally, just not that into labels when it comes to eating. I just subscribe to the fuel good, feel good camp and taste the rainbow (of fruits and veggies) It's all based on my fitness/life/health/nutrition needs to compliment my fitness goals and there's just not one way of eating that fits that and my taste bud prefs...But keep reading I digress. .
I'm curious if the documentary "What The Health" on @netflix changed any of the following for ya?
- You're drinking the vegan, sugar/gluten free kool-aide and there's no turning back - You tried veganism for a few days and threw in the protein - You have your vegan days or occasional indulgence in a vegan meal - or quite frankly you just don't give AF and think good info, im not buying it though!
Why? I just want to know! (my minor in sport psychology is totally showing)! There's no right or wrong, but curious also if these documentaries cause impact and change the mindset of humans! If so, how and why? Were you not informed before of the info? Just didn't want to accept a change? You may not even know What The Heck documentary I'm talking about, in that case watch it! Comment, etc. .
