WHAT's NEW | July 20th • eating an avo per day
Feeling better, fuller, no negatives so far. Have i been duped into low fat 10% all these months and its not actually helping? Hmm, will continue next few days and observe. Lunch every day been salad similar to this. • no new breakouts for last 2 days even tho i ate @alpro vanilla ice-cream (yep the whole thing myself) and had coffees here and there • sleeping well, my energy is great mid day.
I feel bit funny (anxious) mornings and evenings but i try to do my 10min morning yoga and evening deep breaths (now with @thisworksofficial essential oils). Seems to work well. • falling asleep to either positive affirmations or @nutrition_facts_org q&a videos on #youtube • managed to smash my phone screen AGAIN (if i do not post for a while note it died on me). I swear they crack on their own every year or two. I did not drop it with big force or anything 🙄 • last day in #wilmslow and back to #london - its gonna be emotional 😭🙈😕

Eating out can be a challenge when you're trying to eat clean. A good salad with protein is almost always a good option. Just be careful about salad dressing. The beef tenderloin makes this Greek Salad @tazikislouisville so tasty that I just added a squeeze of lemon.

I was hangry by lunch time, but this HUGE salad filled me up and kept me on track for my meal plan.
