After a lacklustre week 6 where I matured a lot as an athlete and came to understand the philosophy of autoregulation, here I start week 7 with a volume PR on squats : 335 lb/152 kg for 5 sets of 8 @7.5 . Finally I'm feeling comfortable squatting away from the mirror. Even though I look down and have a lot of forward lean, I barely feel anything on my lower back as I'm maintaining perfectly neutral spine. Last set shown. It took a lot of determination as I was losing control on the descent in the previous sets.
Bench press: 155 lb for 3 x 8 @ 8, 155 lb 1 x 7 @ 8, 145 lb for x 8 @ 7.5
Bw: 195 lb
