Hi, friends! This is me - the REAL me. No make up, baby wearing, spit up on my shirt, and hair in a ponytail. Let’s be even more real, my hair probably has several days of dry shampoo combed through it, too! I want all my followers to know me as a person, not just a business, which is why I chose this picture. This is me! For this rendition of #fridayintroductions , I thought I would share some things about myself that were once insecurities, but I have grown to love. They are things that make me unique, and well, me! I normally wouldn’t share such things on social media, but I want you to know the real person behind the lens. .
1️⃣ I have a scar dividing my left eyebrow. When I was in 8th grade, I split my forehead open in a jet ski accident and got 20 stitches!
2️⃣ I changed my major three times in college. Liberal Studies - Hospitality - Intercultural Studies. I even went on to receive a Masters in Education! Although my education is all over the board, what I have learned about myself is this: I love to teach and I love people!
3️⃣ I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to driving, but even more when I am not the one driving. On the other hand, I love going for long drives by myself and blaring music! I contradict myself, I know.
4️⃣ I wish I had started this business years ago! I really regret not pursuing photography full time when I first picked up my camera 11 years ago. Think of all the money I would have saved on college loans! Haha! But in all seriousness, I love my story! Everything I have experienced, the things I have studied, and the people I have met have all helped shape me into who I am today! .
Did anything I share resonate with you? Please share! I’d love to connect more than just a simple “like”. Thanks for reading, friends!
