Made myself a delicious breakfast on this fine Monday morning! Avocado toast with eggs and fruit; a nice combination of all the essential macronutrients your body needs. I had two pieces of toast as my carbs (two because I love carbs). I got my healthy natural fats from the avocado, protein from the eggs, and natural sugars, vitamins, and nutrients from the fruit. Welcome to #mealmonday, folks. I made some pasta for lunch today! Used organic pasta, grass fed beef, and added some onions and garlic for some pazaz.
